BEGINNING at a monument set in the westerly side of Tepee Trail
where the division line between Lot No. 8 and Let No. 9 intersects
the westerly side of Tepee Trail as shown on the above mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE South 65 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds West along
said last mentioned division line 192.84 feet to the ordinary high
water mark of Hog Neck Bay;
THENCE North 28 degrees 48minutes 40 seconds West along the
ordinary high water mark of Hog Neck Bay 140.00 feet to the
Southerly side of land now or formerly of Peter R. Stack;
THENCE North 76 degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds
