LIND and DIANA M. LIND, his wife, residing at Box 1026 V Southold, New York x party of the second part, ak WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable considcmfion fi paid by the party of the secondpart,does hereby grant and rcicase unto the party of the second pan,the heirs u or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plotpece or parcel of land,with the buildings and im uvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being fn the efOwn of Southold, County of So folk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot #26 as shown on a certain map en- titled "Map of Harbor Lights Estates, Section One, Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N. Y." made by Otto W. Van Tuy1 & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, N. Y., and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, on.June 8, 1965 as Map #4362. Together with an easement over the streets as shown on the filed map herein, but excepting and reserving the fee to the said streets, the title to which is not hereby conveyed. Together with the use, in common with others, of the beach area and parking area adjacent thereto; said beach area having a depth of approximately 50 feet from the average high water mark on Peconic Bay, and having a length of 900 feet more or less measured along the ordinary high water Bark, and said parking area having a frontage on the northerly side of Harbor Lights Drive of approximately 150 feet, running westerly along said street from Lot #7, and having a depth of not less than 150 feet northerly of Harbor Lights Drive. The parking area shall be immediately adjacent and contiguous to the beach area herein referred to. SUBJECT to a purchase money mortgage in the amount of $4,500.00.
