The par- ties of the second part by the acceptance of this instrument hereby consent to the erection and maintenance of poles and wires for electric and/or telephone service along the rear line of the premises hereby conveyed. This instrument is made subject to the following covenants and restrictions running with the land: 1. The premises herein conveyed shall be used solely for residential purposes and no business shall be carried on upon the premises hereby conveyed. 2. No structure shall be placed upon said premises until the plans and specifications of such structure and the location thereof upon the property above described shall be approved by the party of the first part, but such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld by the party of the first part. 3. No tractor or trailer shall be parked in the street; driveway or side yards of the premises hereby conveyed-. 4. No boats shall be stored on the premises hereby conveyed except in the rear of the lots, neatly covered or in the garage upon premises hereby con- veyed. 5. No fence shall be erected or permitted upon said premises exceeding four (4) feet in height, nor may any fence be erected across the front property line of the premises hereby conveyed.
