Hummel Avenue, said. point of beginning being the Northeasterly
corner of land now or formerly of the Estate of James M. Grattan;
running thence South 78 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West along
said last mentioned land 338.60 feet to a monument and land now or
formerly of K. Tuthill; thence North 6 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds
West along said last mentioned land 125 feet to a monument; thence
North 78 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds East along land now or formerly
K. Tuthill , 358.60 feet to a monument on the Westerly line of
Boisseau Avenue; and thence South 2 degrees 30 minutes 40 seconds
West along the Westerly line of Boisseau Avenue 128 feet to the point
or place of beginning.

in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 985 cp. 464.
