of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows; -
PARCEL ONE: Beginning at a point on the northerly line of a
private road known as "Liberty Lane", 28. 16 feet westerly along said
northerly line from the easterly line of a private road known as
"Colonial Road"; from said point of beginning running along said
northerly line of "Liberty Lane", North 57 degrees 34 minutes 10
seconds West, a distance of 150. 0 feet; thence along land conveyed
or about to be conveyed by the party of the first part herein to

TOGETHER
TOGETHER o:ith a right of way over said private roads known as

"Liberty Lane" and "Colonial Road"' and also over the private roads
known as "Victoria Drive", "Summit Road", "Columbia Road" and "Ed 's
Road".
TOGETHER with the right to the use, in common with others, of a
strip of land 50 feet in width as an easement for ingress and egress
to Corey Creek, said strip of land being bounded on the East by land
of Edson and on the West by land of Toedter and Dickinson.
Each of the aforesaid lots shall be SUBJECT to -the following
covenants and restrictions:
1. No more than one dwelling house shall be erected on said lot.
2. Any dwelling house erected on said lot shall cost not less than
$8, 500. 00.
3. Said covenants and restrictions shall expire on January 1, 1975.
4. Subject to the zoning ordinances of the Town .of Southold or other
municipal authorities having jurisdiction over the premises,
provided the same are not violated by the area or dimensions of .
