Property of Grace R. Nickles, formerly Grace Rogers DeBeixedontt
made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, L.S. and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on 3/16/1946 as Map No. 1472, as and by Lot
Numbered 12 in Block Numbered 2 on said map.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
This conveyance is subject to two mortgages held by Southold Savings
Bank (Liber 4747 mp 248; Liber 5225 mp 107) which mortgages were con-
solidated and have a present unpaid principal balance of $22,420,00,-
together with interest from December 1, 1968, the payment of which
principal and interest is hereby assumed by the parties of the secatd
part and the parties of the second part have executed and acknowledged
this instrument for the sole purpose of evidencing their assumption of
and agreement to pay the aforesaid unpaid balance of principal and
interest on said mortgages as so consolidated. -
