northeasterly corner of the premises herein described and the south-
easterly corner of land formerly of Patrick May; running thence
South 3 degrees 00 minutes West a distance of 130 feet; running thence-
in a general westerly direction along land of Rudolph J. Hoerr and
wife to a point marking the intersection of the easterly line of
land formerly of E. Belle Baker with the southwesterly corner of the
premises herein described and the northwesterly corner of land of
Rudolph J. Hoerr and wife (which point is South 1 degree 09 minutes
20 seconds West a distance of 125 feet from a' point marked by a
monument at the northwest corner of the premises herein described
and the southwest corner of land formerly of Patrick May) ; running
thence North 1 degree 09 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 125
feet to a point marked by a monument at the northwest corner of the
premises herein described; running thence North 85 degrees 58 minutes
40 seconds East a distance of 189.06 feet to the point or place of
beginning, said line passing through a concrete monument 1.52 feet
from the westerly line of Main Road.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyedby Howard
R. Rennell and Sarah J. Rennell, his wife, to Edward J. Bauer and
Mary M. Bauer, his wife, by deed dated the 17th day of March, 1951
and recorded in th� Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on March 22, 1951
in Liber 3196 at p ge 52.
