This is a correction deed intending only to correct the third course in the 6th paragraph of the description and the dimension mentioned in the 7th paragraph in the deed made by Hyman S. Haddad, dated July 18, 1969 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s office on July 22, 1969 in Liber 6589, cp 349, in the following manner all as set forth in the above corrected des— cription from "North 35 degrees 27 minutes West" to "North 33 degrees 40 minutes West", and 7th paragraph from "207 feet more or less" to 11200 feet more or less" . No other change is intended to be made by this correction deed. p r 1 AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything ' whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
