6 on a certain map entitled "Plan of Lots owned by George H.
_Wells, situate at Southold, Suffolk County, New York" filed
in Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Nap Number 859 on November 28,
1927 said lot being more particularly bounded and described
as follows.
COMMENCING at a concrete monument set in the southerly line of
Wells Avenue at the northeasterly corner of Lot Number 5 as laid
out on said map;
thence running north 81° 40' east along said southerly line of
Wells Avenue 101.07 feet to a stake;
thence running south 16° 40' east 224 feet to the northerly
line of Jockey Creek;thence running along said northerly line
of Jockey Creek to the southeasterly corner of Lot Number 5
as laid out on said map, said last mentioned course along the
shore line of Jockey Creek being indicated by a tie line having
a bearing of south 85v 33' west and a length of 102.31 feet;
thence running north 166 40' west along said easterly line of
Lot Number 5, 217 feet to the southerly line of Wells Avenue
at the point or place of beginning.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions in Liber 3089 ep 08.
TOGETHER with the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part, if any,in and to the beach, waters and lands under water
of Jockey Creek in front of and adjacent to the premises.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to mid premises;TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of
