SCHWINDT and JANET SCHWINDT, his wife, both residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York, GID No. 07-50287 party of the first part,and RICHARD C. HILARY and EVELYN T. Y.", and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office; RUNNING THENCE along the rear line of lots 16 and 17 on said map, South 20 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds West, 60.0 feet to the southwesterly comer of lot #17; THENCE westerly at right angles to said rear line, North 69 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 146.66 feet to the easterly line of a private road; THENCE along said easterly line of private road, North 19 degrees 06 minutes 50 seconds East 60.01 feet; THENCE easterly again at right angles to said rear line, South 69 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 147.79 feet to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with a right of way over the private roads adjacent to said premises to the north of said premises and to and from North Bayview Road on the west and to and from that portion of Peconic Bay known as Town Harbor on the east to high water mark thereof. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by John Purer and Holds Purer, his wife, and Siegrad Purer, to Harry W. Sewhindt and Janet Schwindt, his wife, the parties of the first part herein, by Deed dated November 6, 1948 and recorded on November 6, 1948, in Liber 2892 of Deeds at Page 555, and subject to the covenants and restriction and easement/ therein contained.
