that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being
in the Town of Southold at Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lots Nos. 222, 223, one-half of 224, one-
half of 241, 242, 243, 244, 245, 246 and one-half of 247, as shown and
designated on "Map of Goose Bay Estates", filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk as Map No. 1176.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by the three

1. Deed. made by Oliver Bros. Building & Construction Corporation
to William J. Garvey and Maude V. Garvey, his sister, as tenants by the
entirety, dated March 7, 1933 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on March 28, 1938 in Liber 1973 at page 394,
conveying Lot No. 246 and the adjoining one-half of Lot 247.
2, Deed made by Oliver Bros. Building & Construction Corporation
to William J. Garvey and Maude V. Garvey, his sister, dated October 18,
1935 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County.of Suffolk
on November 1, 1935 in Liber 1836 at page 592, conveying the southwester)
half of Lot 241, Lots242, 243, 244 and 245.
3. Deed made by Oliver Bros. Building & Construction Corporation
to William J. Garvey and Maude V. Garvey, dated June 5, 1940 and recorde
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 3, 1940
in Liber 2125 at page 533, conveying Lots 222, 223 and the southwesterly
half of Lot No. 224.
The said Maude V. Garvey was the sister of William J. Garvey, the
decedent herein, and she died a resident of Suffolk County on August 4,
1962. Her estate was administered in Suffolk County in Suffolk County
