Building & Construction Corporation to William J. Garvey and Maude V. Garvey, his sister, dated October 18, 1935 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County.of Suffolk on November 1, 1935 in Liber 1836 at page 592, conveying the southwester) half of Lot 241, Lots242, 243, 244 and 245. 3. Deed made by Oliver Bros. Building & Construction Corporation to William J. Garvey and Maude V.
