THIS INDENTURE,made the 3rd dayof June ,nineteenhundredand sixty—nine,
BETWEEN
BEN T. DRISKELL and MAREN B. DRISKELL, his wife, both residing
at Pine Neck Road (no number), Southold, New York 11971,
party of the first part,and
EDWARD W. GRAHAM and LINDA G. GRAHAM, his wife, both residing
at North Bayview Road (no number), Southold, New York 11971,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

,i BEGINNING at a point North 17' 40' 30" East, a distance of
132.26 feet from a point on the northerly side of North Bayview
Road where the same is intersected by the westerly line of land
now or formerly of the Reydon Club, formerly of E. H. Brown;
running thence North 170 40' 30" East along land now or
formerly of the Reydon Club 100 feet;
running thence North 73° 01' 10" West 200 feet to land
°E now or formerly of Goubeaud;
running thence along said land South 17° 40' 30" West 100 feet;
running thence South 73° O1' 10" East 200 feet to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a Right of Way 15 feet wide the easterly line
of which is the westerly line of land now or formerly of the Reydon
Club running from the northeasterly corner of the premises herein
described above 232.26 feet to the northerly line of North Bayview
Road, which said Right of Way is subject to the use of other property
formerly of the seller herein on the north.
The purchaser herein agrees to maintain and establish the
said Right of Way on a pro rata basis together with the other lot
owners who may be granted the use thereof in accordance with the
action of the Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals, Appeal No.
1101, dated June 8, 1967.
