of George J. Tillinghast, and containing by estimation one-quarter of an acre

claim and demand whatsoever, if any, which the said party of the first part has
or ought to have, of, in or to the said Floor House Lane.
BEING, and intended to be the same promises conveyed by Fanny Al. Griffing
to Bridget Furey by deed dated March 4th, 1892 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office in Liber 363 of Deeds at page 479 on March 4th, 1892.
