Being and intended to be a part of the premises conveyed by John
H. Robson and Cecile F. Robson, his wife, to William P. Lester and
Mary B. Lester, his wife, by deed dated September 1, 1949 and re-
corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 2, 1949
in Liber 2988 of Deeds at page 274, together with all the rights
and privileges therein contained.
