New York,
party of the first part,and William H. Fiedler, residing at 5139 Linden Street, Ridge-
wood, New York, and Dolores E. Fiedler Brady, residing at 5139 Linden
Street, Ridgewood, New York, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship,
and not as tenants in common,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first partin consideration of Teat Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvemarts durum traded,sitsme,
lying and being ineist at Arshamomaque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly line of the North Road, distant along
said line in a northeasterly direction 49.33 feet from the northeasterly corner of
land now or formerly of Gerhard and Eleanor Schubert (which point also marks
the northwesterly cornerd land now or formerly of Valentine Ruch); running
thence along the land of Valentine Ruch, south 31"43100" east, 100.21 feet to a
point marking the intersection of the southeasterly line of Old Cove Boulevard
with the southwesterly line of said land now or formerly of Ruch; running thence
south 61°59110"west, 49.39 feet to a point marking the intersection of the south-
easterly line of Old Cove Boulevard with the extension southeasterly of the
northeasterly line of land of Schubert;thence along said extension and land of
Schubert, north 31040150"west, 100.20 feet to the southeasterly line of the North
Road;thence along said southeasterly line of the North Road, north 61'59'10"
east, 49.33 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all of the right, in common with others, to pass and repass
over the 20 foot private rights of way known as Old Cove Boulevard and Beverly
Road situate in the development known as Southold Town Beah Colony.
SUBJECT to the rights of others, if any, to pass and repass over the southerly
/ t 20 feet of the premises.
SUBJECT to an agreement dated July 15, 1957, recorded July 23, 1957, in the
Suffolk county clerk's office between Helmut Hass and another to the Long Is-
land Lighting Company.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed made by William H. Fiedler recorded in liber 6093, page 162, in
the Suffolk county clerk's office December 30, 1966.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if my,of the party of the first part of,in and to any streets and
