along the northerly line of said Lot 27, S. 830 40' 30" W,- 223,79
feet to a monument on the curved northerly line of Critten's Lane;
thence westerly along said northerly line of Critten's Lane on a
curve to the left having a radius of 100.0 feet, a distance of 45.0
feet; thence along land conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by
Lighthouseo arms, Inc, to Ellsworth Grathwohl 3 courses, as follows:
