County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as

(2) on a certain map entitled "Map of Section I, Paradise Point at
Da-,.view, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York;" surveyed
March 25, 1963, by Otto 11. Van Tuyl A Son, Licensed Land Surveyors,
Greenport, N.Y., and filed in the Office of the,Clerk of Suffolk
County on the lith day of April, 1963, as Map No. 3761, being more
particularly bounded and described according to said map as follows;
Beginning at a point on the northerly side of Basin
Road where the same is intersected by the dividing line between. .
Lot 3 and Lot 9 as shown on said map; north 90 15' 20" east 226.00
feet to the ordinary high water mark of Town Harbor; thence running.
along said high water mark a tie line course and distance of south

executed and delivered a purchase money mortgage in the sum of
