THIS INDENTURE, made the 9th day of September, nineteen hundred and sixty-nine
M-2249 BETWEEN JOHN L. PLOCK and ANNA K. PLOCK, his wife , both residing

4 WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
a� paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
L t ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
. lying and being wThe at Bayview, Southold, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: -
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of North Bayview Road
at the westerly corner of land of John Charnews ; running thence along
said land, North 85 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of
50 feet, more or less , to a point marked by an old stake ; running
thence still along said land of John Charnews , South 82 degrees 45
minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 99.76 feet to a point marked
by a monument; running thence South 22 degrees 26 minutes 40 seconds
West, a distance of 307.83 feet to a point marked by a monument;
running thence North 72 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance
of 326. 09 feet to a point and land heretofore conveyed by John L.
Plock and Anna K. Plock, his wife , to Robert L. Stott; running thence
North 23 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 100 feet,
more or less, to the southerly line of North Bayview Road; running
thence along the southerly line of North Bayview Road, North 65
degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 260 feet, more or
less, to the point or place of beginning, said premises estimated as
containing 1. 78 acres . "s

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETIIER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE. AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said -premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance vvitlt Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the fust part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to he applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will appl}
the saute first to tli,: pa3ment of the cost of the improverncnt before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
