Plock and Anna K. Plock, his wife , to Robert L. Stott; running thence North 23 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 100 feet, more or less, to the southerly line of North Bayview Road; running thence along the southerly line of North Bayview Road, North 65 degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 260 feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning, said premises estimated as containing 1. 78 acres .
