distant 1246. 92 feet westerly from the corner formed by the in-
tersection of the westerly side of Kenney ' s Road with the southerly
I side of Leeton Drive, measured on a course bearing South 45 degrees

thence running South 44 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds East a dis-
tance of 200 feet; thence South 45 degrees 35 minutes 30 seconds

30 seconds West a distance of 200 feet to the southerly side of

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the
grantors herein by deed made by Samuel Markel and Mary Katherine
Markel, his wife, dated the 9th day of .July, 1965 and recorded
