BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the southwesterly line of a certain
right of way 30 feet, or more, in width, hereinafter described, said
pipe being South 56 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of
481.67 feet fr'.om a concrete monument set on the southwesterly line of
Main Bayview Road at the northwesterly corner of land conveyed by
Gertrude K. Bunce, et al, to Sophie Anderson; from said point of
beginning running along land now or formerly of Gertrude K. Bunce, et al,
South 68 degrees 17 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 100.0 feet to
a stake and the ordinary high water mark of Corey Creek; thence north-
westerly along said ordinary high water mark of Corey Creek 66 feet, more
or less , to a stake , said stake being North 41 degrees 55 minutes 00
seconds West, a distance of 66.62 feet from the last described point;
thence along land of Gertrude K. Bunce, et al, North 48 degrees 53
minutes 00 sedonds East, a distance of 100.0 feet to a stake set on said
southwesterly line of said right of way; thence along said southwesterly
line of said right of way, South 38 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds East,
a distance of 100.0 feet to the point of Br-.GINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of wn'y 30.0 feet in width, the northwesterly line
of which is described a s follows: BEGINNING at a point on the south-
westerly line of Main 3ayview Road, 30.0 feet northwesterly along said
southwesterly line Brom a concrete monument set on said line at the
northwesterly corner of land conveyed by Gertrude K. Bunce, et al , to
Sophie Anderson; and running thence South 25 degrees 56 minutes 50 second
West, a distance of 695.22 feet; thence South 37 degrees 04 minutes 50
seconds West, a distance of 199.70 feet to the ordinary high water mark
of Corey Creek,
The southeasterly line of said 30.0 feet right of way is parallel
with and 30.0 feet southeasterly from the above described northwesterly
line, measured at right angles thereto.
ALSO, TOGETHOR with a right of way 30 feet, or riore, in width the
southwesterly line of which is described as follows : Beginning at a
point on the northwesterly line of said 30.0 foot right of way, here-
inabove described, said point of being South 25 degrees 56 minutes 50
seconds West, a distance of 564. 16 feet along said northwesterly line
from its intersection with said southwesterly line of Main Bayview Road
and running thence northwesterly 380.46 feet, more or b ss, to the
northwesterly corner of the premises.
