as Joint Tenants with the right of survivorship, both
residing. at 1566 Tomlinson Avenue, Bronx, New York 10467

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 305 feet, more or less, to
the southwesterly line of Bayview Road; running thence along the
southwesterly line of Bayview Road in a southeasterly direction a
distance of 80 feet, more or less, to the point or place ,of beginning,
Being and intended to be a part of the premises described in a
certain deed recorded in Liber 1892 of Deeds at page 19 and subject
to the right to the use of a 10 foot right of way heretofore conveyed
to John W. Burkhardt.
