paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
WAR and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, more particularly.bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the Intersection of the
northerly side of Main Street with the westerly side of Boisseau
Avenue; running thence westerly along the northerly side of Main
Street, South 77 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of
84.5 feet to land now or formerly of George H. Stelzer (believed to
be of Catanzaro); running thence northerly along said land, North
13 degrees 24 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 106.75 feet to
land now or formerly of Veterans Headquarters, Inc.; running thence
easterly along said land, North 73 degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds East,
a distance of 80.15 feet to the westerly side of Boisseau Avenue;
running thence southerly along the westerly side of Boisseau Avenue,
South 15 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 113.35
feet to the corner aforesaid at the point or place of .BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
the party of the first part by deed dated the 15th day of May, 1956
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in liber 4113 of
deeds at page 206 on the 16th day of May, 1956.
