BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Alec Elak and Jennie
Elak, his wife, to Anna Zebrowski and Stefan Zebrowski, as joint tenants, by
deed dated December 19, 1966, recorded March 1, 1967, in the Suffolk County
Clerk's office, .liber 6120 of conveyances, page 515, the said Annie Zebrowski
having died testate, a resident of Suffolk County, August 3, 1969 (Probate file
number 1626 [691).
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate sump might show, and to covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations of
record, if any.

roads abutting the above-described premiss to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said Promises; TO HAVEAND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successor and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid.
