TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the part
of the first part in and to a right of way along the westerly line of
land of F. Harold Sayre extending from the southeasterly corner of the
premises southerly to the Main Road.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Mary
Ostrowski, also known as Mary Ostowski, to Torsten T. Johnson by deed
dated August 24, 1940 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Officle
fi on September 3, 1940 in Liber 2119 of Deeds at page 455.
