designated as Lot #17 on a map entitled "Subdivision Map of
Founders Estates Inc. , situated at Southold, N. Y.", made by
Otto W. Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor, Greenport, N. Y. ,
March 1927, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office at
Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York, on the 10th day of May, 1927,
as Map ;' 834, and on said map bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point in the easterly line of Hobart Road, distance
southerly 425 feet from the point of the intersection of the east-
erly line of Hobart Road and L'Hommedieu Lane, measured along the
easterly line of Hobart Road, and running thence easterly along
the southerly line of Lot #16, 150 feet; thence southerly parallel
with the easterly line of Hobart Road and along the westerly line
of Lot #29, 75 feet, thence westerly along a line at right angles
to the easterly line of Hobart Road andalong the northerly line of
Lot #18, 150 feet to the easterly line of Hobart Road, thence
northerly along the easterly line of Hobart Road 75 feet to the
point or place of beginning.
The grantor reserves the right to occupy during the period of his
natural life, the premises aforedescribed now occupied by him as
his home, without payment of rent.
BEING AND INTENDED TDBE the same premises conveyed by Founders
Estates, Inc. , to the party of the first part, by deed dated
November 21, 1930, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on November 24, 1930, in Liber 1541 of deeds,
page 318.
