No flat roofs or lean-to roofs shall be permitted without written permission of the party of the first part. All plans and specifications shall be subject to the approval of the party of the first part in writing. Such written approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Plans to be submitted at the office of G. W. Smith & Sons , Inc. , Main Street, Southold, N.Y. 4. That neither the party of the second part nor his heirs , assigns or distributees shall or will manufacture, or sell or cause or permit to be manufactured or sold, on any portion of the premises hereby conveyed any goods or merchandise of any kind and shall not carry on, or permit to be carried on, on any part of said -premises , any business, except professional, or any boarding house. 5 . No nuisances and noises of any kind, unwholesome and offensive to th neighborhood, shall be permitted to exist on any lot, nor shall any accumulation of rubbish, garbage, junk or materials of any kind be per- mitted to remain on any lot.
