OCAME and his wife, MARGARET B. OCAME, both residing at Founders Path, Southold, New York, party of the first part, and KODROS SPYROPOULOS and his wife, VASILIKI SPYROPOULOS, both residing at #80-15 41st Avenue, Elmhurst, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ONE and No/100 - - - - - .($1.00)- - - '- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - dollars, 6C`, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, their heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, X o H ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, L ` lying and beingma6ha at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk .� and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the southeasterly corner of the premises herein described, on the northwesterly side of a right- of-way fifty (50) feet wide; said point being where the division line between the premises herein described and land now or formerly of Wurtz intersects said northwesterly side of said right-of-way fifty (50) feet wide; running thence North 640 50' West, along said last mentioned division line, 465 feet to the ordinary highwater mark of Long Island Sound; thence Northeasterly along said ordinary highwater mark of Long Island Sound, 100. 36 feet, more or less, to land now or formerly of Reise; thence south 640 50' East, along said last mentioned land, 485. 55 feet to the northwesterly side of said fifty (50) foot right-of-way; thence South 410 20' West, along the northwesterly side of ,said fifty (50) foot right-of-way, 104.12 feet to the monument, the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with a right-of-way _over said 50 foot strip of land from the easterly side of the premises hereby conveyed in a general south- westerly direction about 980 feet to a certain 20 foot strip of land reserved for a right-of-way; thence over said 20 foot strip of land in a general southeasterly direction about 500 feet to the southeast- erly boundary of land now or formerly of Hyatt; thence over the exist- ing roadway in a general southerly direction to Sound View Avenue. Also a right-of-way 20 feet in width beginning at the southwesterly line of the premises hereby conveyed on the beach near the foot of the Sound bluff; and running thence in a general southwesterly direction near the foot of said bluff, about 1300 feet to a point near the end of said bluff; thence Southeasterly and then southerly and then again southeasterly and again southerly to Horton Lane. RESERVING to the parties of the first part of right-of-sway over a strip of land 20 feet in width, the southwesterly end of which be- LIBER6734 am 439 gins at the northeasterly end of the last described right-of-way and runs northeasterly across the premises hereby conveyed to land formerly of Walter E. Hyatt. TOGETHER with all rights, title and interest of the parties of the first part of, in and to Long Island Sound, in front of and ad- joining said premises. SUBJECT to all covenants and restrictions of record. therep SUBJECT to a first purchase money mortgage of even date covering the foregoing described premises, made and given by the par- ties of the second part to the parties of the first part herein. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the same premises conveyed by Walter E. Hyatt to Henry G. McCabe by deed dated the 9th day of November, 1943 and recorded in Liber 2307 cp 82. Also being the same premises devised by the said Henry G. McCabe to his mother, Mary J. McCabe under his Last Will and Testament admitted to probate by the Surrogate of Suffolk County on the 7th day of February, 1955, File No. 832-p-1954. Also being the same premises devised by the said Mary J. McCabe to the aforesaid Charles B. Ocame and Margaret B. Ocame under her Last Will and Testament admitted to probate by the Surrogate of the County of Suffolk on the 12th day of March, 1962, File No. 5-p-1962. This is a correction deed intended to correct an error in the description in the deed between the same parties herein, bearing date the 8th day of April, 1970 and recorded on the 20th day of April, 1970 in Liber 6731 cp 431.
