RUNNING THENCE South 3 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds East along land
formerly of Eagle Hook and Ladder Company, now or formerly of W.
Sielawa 90. 00 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Anson
Hawkins ;
THENCE North 86 degrees 12 minutes 50 seconds East along said last
mentioned land 70. 03 feet to a monument and land now or formerly
of Robt. Swezey;
THENCE North 14 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds West 90,96 feet to
a monument and the Southerly side of Main Road;
THENCE South 86 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds West 52.50 feet to the
point or place of BEGI'I!NING.
BEING AND INT"NDED TO BF the same premises conveyed to the grantor
by deed dated 9/5/63 from Charles K. Bittner, recorded 10/25/63 in
the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 54110 of Conveyances at
pane 155,a.nd by deed dated 9/5/63 from Helen O' Brien, recorded
1025/63 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 51140 of
Conveyances at page 153, and by deed dated 11/19/69 from Mary
Bittner, recorded 11/25/69 in the Suffolk County Clerkls Office in
Liber 6664 of Conveyances at page 120.
The party of the second part has simultaneously herewith executed
and delivered a purchase money mortgage in tite sum of $19,500. 00,
intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
