entire distance as shown and laid out , 50 feet wide throughout, on
said above mentioned filed map.
RESERVINTG however to the seller the title to the land in said roads
and the right to herseif,he'r grantees and successors in interest, to
dedicate said roads as public roads , and to Grant easements therein,
for the construction and tnuintenance of public utilities .
