PARCEL ONE: Beginning at an iron pipe on the curved westerly line

from Kenneys Road, said point of beginning being the southerly corner
of land of Hahn; from said point of beginning running along said west-
erly line of Soundview Avenue, two courses: (1) on a curve to the left
having a radius of 625.69 feet, a distance of 247.25 feet to a monu-
ment; thence (2) southerly on a curve to the right having a radius of
358.34 feet, a distance of 191.76 feet to land of Charnews; thence
along said land of Charnews, North 40 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds
West, a distance of 621.30 feet to the shore of Great Pond; thence
northeasterly along said shore as measured by a tie line, North 34
degrees 37 minutes East, a distance of 160.41 feet to said land of
Hahn; thence along said land, South 42 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds

PARCEL TWO: Beginning at a point on the curved easterly line of
Soundview Avenue, 463.6 feet southerly along said easterly line from
Kenneys Road, said point of beginning being the westerly corner of
land of Grattan; from said point of beginning running along said west-
erly line of Soundview Avenue, two courses: (1) southerly on a curve
to the left having a radius of 559.69 feet, a distance of 90. 17 feet;
thence (2) southerly on a curve to the right having a radius of 424.34
feet, a distance of 299.60 feet to land of Charnews; thence along said
land of Charnews, two courses : (1) South 40 degrees 47 minutes East,

land of Grattan, three courses: (1) North 37 degrees 55 minutes 40

41 degrees 15 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 376.24 feet to the
