PLOCK and ANNA K. PLOCK, his wife, both residing at M-2249 Hobart Road, Southold, Suffolk County, New York, doing business under the firm name and style of SHELTER ISLAND OYSTER COMPANY, party of the first part, and JOHN L. PLOCK and ANNA K. Van Tuyl, dated February 25, 1935 and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on March 25, 1935 , as Map No. 1178; the said lot being bounded westerly by Old Shipyard Road, northerl; by Lot 97A, easterly by Lot C, southerly by Lot 99, and measuring seventy-five (75) feet on the westerly and easterly boundaries and one hundred eighty (180) feet on the northerly and southerly boundaries,_ SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record, if any, affecting said premises; and subject also to zoning restrictions and ordinances adopted by any municipal, town, village or other governmental authority. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to that portion of Old Shipyard Road lying in front of and adjacent to the lands and premises above described to the centre line thereof.
