It being intended to convey the remaining part of the land con-
tained on ""p of "Ots surveyed for doodward Brothers situated
at Southold , Suffolk County, N. Y. " and prepared by Otto W. Van
Tuyl, licensed surveyor and dated February 1, 1939.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part over the right of way leading, westerly from South
Harbor Road to land of Hutchinson.
BEING AND INTENDFD to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated July 99 1963 and recorded August
129 1963 in Liber 5395 of Conveyances at Page 584.
Subject to covenants , restrictions , conditions and agreements ,
if any, of record, end to any and all charges and encumbrances
affecting the premises herein.
