State of New York bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Custer Avenue distant 98. 69
feet westerly when measured along the northerly side of Custer Avenue, from the
corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Custer Avenue with the
westerly side of Oaklawn Avenue; said point of beginning also being where the
westerly side of land now or formerly of R. L. Wilkinson intersects the northerly
side of Custer Avenue; running thence South 82 degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds
West along the northerly side of Custer Avenue, 80 feet to other land of Henry
Mazzaferro, Sr. , thence North 7 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds West along said
last mentioned land, 150 feet to land now or formerly of Serviss; thence North 82
degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds East along said last mentioned land and along land
now or formerly of Philippen, 80 feet to land now or formerly of R. L. Wilkinson;
thence South 7 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds East along said last mentioned land,
150 feet to the northerly side of Custer Avenue at the point or place of beginning.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Henry M. Mazza-
ferro, Sr, and Assunta Mazzaferro, his wife, to Lawrence J. Liso, Jr. , the
grantor herein, by deed dated June 2, 1970, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on June 11, 1970 in Liber 6755 of deeds at page 516.
THIS conveyance is made subject to a certain mortgage executed by Lawrence
J. Liso, Jr. , as mortgagor to the Southold Savings Bank, as mortgagee, dated
July 29th , 1970, excc�tsx�t ��becx>ax�aeda[3c�ias�xi �akt�XRxXh3xand
on which mortgage there is now due the sum of $20, 000. 00 with interest therein
at the rate of 7-1/210 per annum from November 16th , 1970, and that the
grantee herein, hereby assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and
interest as part of the consideration for this conveyance, and the grantee
executes this instrument for the sole purpose of evidencing such
assumption.
