BETWEEN HELM HASS, residing at (no street number) North Road, Southold,
New York, and Angelina Hass, his wife, residing at the same address,
party of the first part, and SARA J. MARINO, residing at 1225 — 74th Street, Brooklyn, NY,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,tha':the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by tllie party of the second
part, dots hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party c f the second part forever,
ALL that certain plc:, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at8 at Arshamomaque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Beverly Road (a private road)
distant 190.86 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection
of the southerly side of Middle Road (North Road) and the easterly side
of Beverly Road; said point of beginning also being at the southeast corner
of land of Fiedler; running thence along the easterly side of Beverly Road
S. 31° 401 5011 E. 104.38 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Arshamomaque
Pond; thence along said high water mark S. 640 20t 0011 W. 88.00 feet to the
tie line alorg Old Cove; thence along said tie line N. 51° 481 2011 W.
86.04 feet to a point on the ordinary high water mark of Old Cove which
point is also at the southwest corner of land of Fiedler; thence along
land of Fiedler N. 510 191 1011 E. 118.0 feet, across Beverly Road, to the
easterly side of Beverly Road at the point or place of beginning.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any,of theparty of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the al,ove-described premises to the center fines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate at-1 rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premise: herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the seccnd part forever.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,hereby covenants that the party
of the first part will .eceive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the ?ayment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
