" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, Riverhead, New York, on July 2, 1931, as Map No. 631. TOGETHER with and subject to the conditions, provisions and rights contained in a deed of conveyance from William P. Chase and Elizabeth M. Chase, his wife to Thomas P. Reilly and Helen M. Reilly, his wife, dated June 29, 1961 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on July 7, 1961 in Liber 5012 of deedspage 317, which conveyance, in turn, included and was subject to the conditions, provisions and rights contained in a deed of conveyance from OLIVER BROS. BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION to WILLIAM P. CHASE and ELIZABETH M. CHASE dated November 2nd, 1942, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on November 7th, 1942, in Liber 2260 of deeds at Page 534. The Grantors herein are the same persons as the Grantees in the deed dated June 29, 1961 and recorded July 7, 1961 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk, in Liber 5012 of deeds page 317.
