westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly
side of Hummel Avenue with the westerly side of Boisseau Avenue and
1 from said point of beginning running thence along the northerly side
of Hummel Avenue South 66 degrees 45 minutes 30 seconds West 81 feet

This conveyance is made subject to a mortgage made by the
grantors and the grantees herein to the Southold Savings Bank in
it the amount of $6, 000.00, dated April 26, 1969 and recorded on
May 2, 1969 in the Suffolk County Clerk' s office in Liber 5595 mp 374,
jand the grantees herein by their signatures herebelow affixed
evidence their promise to assume and pay the remaining principal
balance and interest on the said mortgage.
