PARCEL II AND ALL that certain plot, piece or strip of land, situate, lying
and being at Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, shown and designated as an un-numbered parcel
on a certain map entitled, "Map No. 2 of Peconic Shores, Peconic,
L. I. , N.Y. , property of B. B. Bailey and C. H. Bailey, surveved
May 21, 1929 by Daniel R. Young, P. E. and L. S. " , filed September
15, 1930 as Map No. 654, and which said piece, parcel or strip of
u land by reference to the above referred to map is bounded and
t` described as follows :
Northerly by Lake View Avenue, Easterly by land of Arthur W. Hahn,
Jr. ; Southerly by Autumn Lake and Lot No. 52 as shown on the above
mentioned map and Westerly by Lake View Avenue aforesaid, being
approximately 300 feet in length on Lake View Avenue.
TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part.of, in and to Lake View Avenue lying in front of and
adjacent to said premises.
TOGETHER WITH any and all riparian rights of the party of the
first part in and to Autumn Lake and to the center thereof abutting
said premises on the south.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the premises described in deed
made by George Matthew to George Matthew and Lucile Anne Matthew,
his wife, by deed dated November 29, 1952, recorded December 8, 1952
in Liber 3447 at page 235, in the Suffolk County Clerk' s office.
