a distance of 500.43 feet to ordinary high water mark of Peconic Bay;
thence along said high water mark as measured by a tie line, South

to the use of a right of way 16 feet in width, the easterly and
northerly lines of which are described as follows:
beginning at a point on the southerly line of Indian Neck Road

feet along said southerly line from the ngrtheasterly,corner of the
premises hereinabove described;_, from said point of beginning running
the following two courses: (1) South 24 degrees 04 minutes 10 seconds

the northwesterly corner of land of Lillian S. Redden, the westerly
