.WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration
<' of Ten Dollars,and other valuable 'consideration paid by the party of.Pie second
part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part; the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

PARCEL I ALL that certain plot; piece or parcel of land with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village and
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,-bounded and described
as follows: Northerly by the Main Street or Highway twenty-five feet and ten
inches; Easterly by land of The Methodist Episcopal Church of Southold about One
Hundred and Fifty feet; Southerly by land also of the said Methodist Episcopal
�1 CQ Church of Southold, about Thirty three feet and two inches and Westerly by land
of William H. Terry about One Hundred and Fifty-Six feet. With a right of way
to pass on foot on the Easterly side of and upon the premises of said William H.
Terry, said right of way being Eight inches wide on said Terry's Land beginning
at a point :Twelve feet Southerly of the Main Street and running thence Southerly
'twenty-six feet an&seven inches, 'then turning to the right at an angle of about
Forty degrees and running on to the premises of said William H. Terry to a point
v thirty inches from the westerly line of the premises hereby conveyed, then
T Southerly at a width on said Terry's land of Thirty inches, a distance of Twenty-
d }! one fget and six inches, with the right also to project cornices over the said
Terry's land of the same width and the same length as the said right of way.
Also with a right of way as provided for and exchanged by and between The
Methodist Episcopal Church of Southold and S. Bailey Corey by deed dated the
27th day of February, 1900.
Being and'intended to be the same premises conveyed by Ruth H.
Varnum to George C. Terry and Florice G. Terry, his wife, as tenants by the
entirety, by deed dated May 28th, 1924, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in liber 1098 of deeds at page 506 on June 3, 1924 at 1:30 P. M.
The interest.of Florice G. Terry was thereafter conveyed to
Hedvig P,'"Terry by deed dated October; 27, , 1952 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office in liber 3430 of Deeds at page 204 on October 31, 1952,
at 2:22 P. ;Ni.

One Hundred and fifty-six (156) feet; Southerly by land of the Methodist Episcopal
Church about seventeen (17) feet, more or less, and Westerly by land of Sereno
H. Smith and another.
Together with a right of way nine (9) feet wide across the Southerly
end of said Terry's land to pass on foot and with vehicles out to and also over
and upon the said right of way provided for and exchanged by and between The
Methodist Episcopal Church of Southold and S. Bailey Corey by. deed dated
February 27, 1900.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting the above-described
premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
i all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first
part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been
encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of
the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive the considera- '
.tion for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as
a trust fund to be applied first for the.purpose of paying the cost of the improve-
ment and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before-using any part..:of the total of the sarhe for any other purpose.
The word"party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" when-
ever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly
executed this deed the day and year first above written.
