LISO, JR. , residing at Boisseau Avenue, Southold New York, and GASPER PISACANO, residing at Bayview Road, Southold, New York, party of the first part, and LAWERENCE J. LISO, JR. , residing at Boisseau Avenue, Southold, New York; GASPER PISACANO, residing at Bayview Road, Southold New York; RICHARD PRINCIPI, residing at 434 Lenox Road, Huntington Station, New York, and DOMINICK PRINCIPI, residing at 445 Lenvx Road, Huntington. THE CONVEYANCE hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed by Lawerence J. Liso, Jr. and Gasper Pisacano, as mortgagors to Florence M. Moore, as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated February 10, 1970, and was recorded on February 19, 1970, in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, in Liber 5780 of mortgages at page 346 and on which mortgage there is now due the sum of $10, 000. 00 with interest thereon at the rate of 7 1/2 per cent per annum from February 10, 1970, and that the grantees hereby assume and covenant to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration for this conveyance. iBEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Lawrence J.
