ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

Suffolk County, New York" , and which map was filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk ' s Office on 6/16/66 as Map #4652, together with a des-
cribed parcel which lot and described parcel when taken together
are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument in the Easterly side of Budd' s Pond
Road where the division line of lots 10 and 11 as Shown on said map
intersects the said Easterly line of Budds Pond Road; . RUNNING THENCE
South 87 14' 20" East 188 feet to the approximate high water line of
existing canal as shown on survey of Alden W . Young, dated MaraU 6,
1910; THENCE along said high water lige on a tie line South 41 09'
10 West 130 67 e et; THENCE South 52 04 ' West 86.21 feet ; THENCE
South 790 52= West 78 .94 feet ; THENCE along the division line of
lots 11 and 12 as shown on said map, North 1 45' 00" East 100 feet
to a concrete monument in the Easterly side of Budds . Pond Road;
THENCE Northerly on a curve bearing to the left along said Easterly
side of Budd' s Pond Road, which curve has a radius of 50 feet for a
distance- of 101 .37 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the right in common with others owning lots in this
subdivision, to the use of a marina and beach area as shown on said
subdivision map.
SUBJECT to such regulations and annual assessments as may be pres-
cribed by an association of property owners. •
