"Map of Reydon Shores, into , Bayview, L.I. ,N.Y. , and in the '.own of Southold,
4. Suffolk County, New York" and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk, raverhead, New fork, on July 1st, 1931, as Map No. 631.
WGETHER with the right to use for bathing, boating and fishing all that portion
of Beach lying in front of Sections A and B and shown on spid map, in common
with Reydon Shores, Inc. and *ith others who now have or hereafter may acquire
rignts in the salve, subject, however, to such reasonable rules and regulations
with respect to the use thereof' as the said Reydon Siiores, Inc. may from time
to time put into effect.
TO ZU ER with a right of w,.y over the roads, highways, streets or lanes shown
on said map, and over a road or highway known asllReydon Drivett which runs
through other property of Reydon Snores, inc. , said right to be in common with
said Reydon Scores, Inc. , and with others who now have or may hereafter acquire
rights in the same, but it is expressly understood and agreed that Reydon Shores. ,
