WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration .;
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lots Nos. 252 to 254 inclusive and the
Southwesterly one-half_ of Lot No. 251 on a certain map entitled ,
"Map of Goose Bay Estates" , and filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on November 1.3 , 1934,. ass I'-4ap No. 1176.
TOGETHER. with the right to use for all reasonable purposes all that
portion of land lying in front of plots Nos, 53 to 58, both inclusive ,
and plots Nos. 2.77 to 31.0, both inclusive, said right_ to be in
common with other plot owners on said 14ap, or owners who may here-
after ac^ui.re said plots on said Map, subject to such reasonable
'rules and regulations with respect to the use thereof as the Seller
may from time to time put into effect, it being understood that
should owner or owners of plots facing Goose Creek desire to erect
a dock on said land, said owner or owners may do so providing said
dock does not prevent other Owners of plots on said T.lap in-assipp
over and reasonably using the land herein referred to, and providing
proper legal provisions are complied with , and the consent of the
Seller herein is secured.
THIS deed being a correction deed of a deed made August 7 , 1970, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in liber 6788 of deeds

TOGMIL'IZ with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part m and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apple
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever thell sense of this indenture so requires.
