BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Arnold W.
Fismer by deed dated November 11, 1902 and recorded in'the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in Liber 529 of Deeds at page 119 on November 12, 1902.
Parcel II and Parcel III herein are a portion of the premises devised to the
party of the first part, as a tenant in common with Eena F. Collison and Grace
M. Fismer, under the Last Will and Testament of Bertha B. Fismer, KRd an
exemplified copy of which was filed in the Office of the Surrogate of Suffolk
County by Decree of said Surrogate made May 21, 1953; and are a portion of
the premises conveyed to Arnold W. Fismer by deed recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office in Liber 529 of Deeds at page 121 on November 12, 19020
as to Parcel II only.
