of beginning being distant 301 .85 feet Easterly as measured along
the Southerly side of Main Street from the corner formed by the
intersection of the Southerly side of Main Street with the Easterly
side of Youngs Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE North 72 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East
along the southerly side of Main Street 92. 50 feet to a monument
and land of the North Fork Bank and Trust Company;
THENCE South 17 degrees 16 minutes 50 seconds East along
said last mentioned land 175.00 feet to a monument;
THENCE North 72 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds East still
along said last mentioned land 72.17 feet to a monument and land
now or formerly of Collier;
THENCE South 16 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds East along

Youngs Avenue and running thence Easterly to the premises above
described, thence Southerly to a right of way running in a
Westerly direction and parallel with Town Creek, then over said
right of way as now existing in a Westerly direction to Youngs
Avenue.
Grantors herein are one and the same persons as the grantees
in deed dated 7/21/37, recorded 7/22/37 in Liber 1934 cp 561 ,
deed dated 4/1.2/44, recorded 5/8/44 in Liber 2356 cp 485 and in
deed dated 10/1/56, recorded 10/4/56 in Liber. 4191 cp 289.
The party of the second part has simultaneously herewith
executed and delivered a purchase money mortgage in the sum of
$21 ,500.00 intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
