Kelynack to Robert E. White and wife by deed dated September 8, 1956, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkls office in liber 4176 of deeds at page 296 on September 10, 1956; Running thence from said point of beginning along said south- westerly line of Cedar Point Drive East, South 46 degrees 19 minutes East to a- point, a distance of 79.04 Feet; said point lying on the southwesterly line of Cedar Point Drive East ; Running thence in a general southwesterly direction, South 16 degrees 24 minutes West a distance of 399. 79 feet, to a bulkhead at the ordinary high water mark of Little Peconic Bay; Running thence partly along said bulkhead and along the ordinary 11high water mark of Little Peconic Bay, North 76 degrees, 12 minutes 30 seconds West a .distance of 96. 35 feet to the Easterly line of the pre- mises of said Robert E. White; Running thence in a general northerly or northeasterly direction ialong the lands of said Robert E . White, the following three courses: i•' (1) North 16 degrees 24 minutes East 248.48 feet to a point; thence (2) South 73 degrees 36 minutes East 26.0 feet; �I (3) North 16 degrees 24 'minutes East 191.92 feet to the point or place of beginning. White bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Lot #109 as shown on said filed Map No. � 190 (which point is South 73 degrees 36 minutes East a distance of 34.23 ( feet from the northerly or northwesterly corner of said Lot #109 and !which point is the terminus of that course of the premises herein de- scribed, running North 16 degrees 24 minutes East (191.92 feet) ; running thence in a southwesterly direction 40 feet, more or less, to the east- erly line of the premises of said Robert E. White ; running thence North 16 degrees 24 minutes East a distance of 26 .0 feet; running thence South 73 degrees 36 minutes East a distance of 26 .0 feet to the point or place �of beginning. SUBJECT TO THE. FOLLOWING COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS: 1. That only one dwelling house and one private automobile (garage shall be erected on said premises; 2. That no building or structure shall be erected within 115 feet from the easterly and westerly boundary lines thereof. The deed is a correction deed given to correct the description f the subject premises recited in a deed between the parties hereto dated August 26 , 1958 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkls Office n October 9, 1958 at Liber 4527 cp. 191.
