SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions recorded in Liber 6216, Page 256,

RESERVING unto the party of the first part for dedication to the Town

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part herein by Deed from KURT HAMBSCH et al . ,
datee 5-21-66 and recorded 6-16-66 in the Office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County, in Liber 5974s• c •P. 552.
This conveyance is made in the normal course of the business of the
party of the first part and does not represent any conveyance of all
or substantially all of the assets of the corporation, and said
conveyance is made with the unanimous consent of the holders of the
outstanding shares of the party of the first part entitled to vote
thereon, obtained at a meeting duly called.
SUBJECT to a purchase money mortgage made by the parties of the
second part herein to the party of the first part herein, in the
principal amount of $2,000.00, for a period of three years, at 7-1/2%
per annum, said mortgage bearing even date herewith and intended to be
recorded simultaneously herewith.
