TOGETHER with a right of way to the North Road, 33 feet in width running along the southerly line of the ,premises herein described and the northerly line of said right of way running the following courses and distances: (1) N. 82 degrees 49 feet E. , 352. 30 feet, (2) N. 67 degrees 50 feet 30 inches E. , 263.62 feet (3) N. 81 degrees 22 feet E. , 355. 37 feet. TOGETHER with a right of way 20 feet in width leading from said above described right of way through other lands of said Nelson Axien and continuing through lands now or formerly of Henry Smith and thence continuing one (1) rod in width along the easterly side of lands of George Stepnoski.
