�qV1� THIS INDENTURE, made the 30th day of
November nineteen hundred and seventy,
between
GEORGE A. AHLERS and PATRICIA M. AHLERS, his wife, both residing
at Eugene ' s Road (no number) , Cutchogue, New York 11935,
parries of the first part;

s HAROLD W. CONROY and RUTH M. CONROY, his wife, both residing
at 20 Hawthorne Avenue, Port Chester, New York 10573,

WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in consideration of
TEN ($10.00)--------------------------------------------------- dollars.
lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration
paid by the parties of the second part, do hereby grant and release unto the part iesof the second
part, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northwesterly line of Calves Neck
Road (a public road) formerly a 50 feet private road known as Harper
Road",, at the extreme Southerly end of the arc of a curve connecting
the northwesterly line of Calves Neck Road with the southwesterly line
of a 50 feet private road known as "Midfarm Road" ;
RUNNING THENCE South 34 degrees 43 minutes West along the northwesterly
line of Calves Neck Road 97 .53 feet to a monument and other land of John
and Lillian M. Fraas;
THENCE along said last mentioned land the following two courses and
distances:
1. North 55 degrees 17 minutes west 176. 14 feet to a monument;
2 . North 34 degrees 19 minutes east 154.75 feet to a monument
on the southwesterly line of Midfarm Road;
THENCE along the southwesterly side of "Midfarm Road" the following

two courses and distances :
1. Southeasterly along the arc of a curve bearing to the right,
having a radius of 100 feet, a distance of 48.20 feet to a
monument;
2 . South 47 degrees 08 minutes 10 seconds East 87.71 feet to a
monument and the extreme northerly end of the arc of curve
connecting the southwesterly line of "Midfarm Road" with the
northwesterly line of Calves Neck Road;
THENCE Southerly along said last mentioned arc of a curve bearing
to the right, having a radius of 50 feet, distance of 71.43 feet to
the monument at the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO Covenants and Restrictions set forth in Deed made by
L. Barron Hill and Adelaide H. Hill, his wife, to John Fraas and Lillian M.
Fraas, his wife, dated June 16, 1960, recorded June 20 1960 in Liber 4827
page 375.
SUBJECT TO Reservation set forth in Deed made by L. Barron Hill and
Adelaide H. Hill, his wife, to John Fraas and Lillian M. Fraas, his wife,
dated June 16, 1960, recorded June 20, 1960 in Liber 4827, page 375.
The grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in deed dated
September 21, 1968, recorded December 24, 1969 in Liber 6680 cp 374.
