Bayview Road with the westerly side of Jacobs Lane: (1) North 29
degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds East, 332 feet; (2) South 60 degrees
02 minutes 40 seconds East, 701.25 feet; (3) North 28 degrees 41 minutes
30 seconds East, 635.22 feet and North 57 degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds
West, 28. 16 feet; running thence North 57 degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds
West, along the northerly side of Liberty Lane, 150 feet; thence North
32 degrees 25 minutes 50 seconds East, 100 feet; thence South 57 degrees
34 minutes 10 seconds East, along land now or formerly of Shipuleski,

TOGETHER with an easement, in common with others, over a strip of
land 50 feet in width, being proposed streets to be known as Liberty
Lane, Colonial Road, Eds Road and Victoria Drive, for access to and
from Main Bayview Road, the northerly, easterly, southerly and westerly
sides of which are described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of premises described above;
-- running thence South '57 degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds East, 178. 16 feet;
thence South 28 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds West, 635.22 feet; thence
North 60 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds West, 701.25 feet; `and South 29
degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds West, 332 feet to the northerly side of
Main Bayview Road.
TOGETHER with the right to the use, in common with others, of a strip
of land 50 feet in width as an easement for ingress and egress io Corey
Creek, said strip of land being bounded on the East by land of Edson
and on the West by land of Toedter and Dickinson.

The aforesaid lot shall be subject to the following covenants and
restrictions:
1. No more than one dwelling house shall be erected on said lot.
2. Any dwelling house erected on said lot shall cost not less than
$8,500. 00
3. Said covenants and restrictions shall expire on January 1, 1975.
4. Subject to the zoning ordinances of the Town of Southold or other
municipal authorities having jurisdiction over the prerffses,
provided the same are not violated by the area or dimedsions of the
property.
